1. Our Commitment
We want Dogg House Casino to remain a positive, social and manageable entertainment experience. We provide controls that allow eligible users to manage time, purchases and gameplay activity and to step away when needed.
We may also apply protective limits, suspend access or recommend a break when account activity gives us a reasonable concern about a user’s wellbeing, account security or ability to play responsibly.
Responsible gameplay tools support personal control, but they do not replace professional medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice.
2. Practical Ways to Stay in Control
Keep it entertainment
Do not treat social casino play or promotional prizes as income, an investment or a way to solve financial problems.
Set a budget first
Decide what you can comfortably spend on entertainment before playing. Never use money needed for housing, food, bills, debt or savings.
Track your time
Plan a stopping time, take regular breaks and avoid playing when tired, upset, distracted or under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Do not chase outcomes
Do not extend a session or make additional purchases in an attempt to recover virtual losses or obtain a promotional prize.
Protect daily life
Gameplay should not replace sleep, exercise, work, education, family time, relationships or other interests.
Respond early
Use limits or request a break as soon as gameplay begins to feel difficult to control. You do not need to wait for a serious problem.
3. Gameplay Management Limits
Where available, sign in, open Settings and select User Limits. You may also request limits by emailing support from the address connected to your account.
Time limits
- maximum gameplay days per week;
- maximum gameplay time per day.
Purchase and reward limits
- maximum daily Dogg Coin purchases;
- maximum daily promotional DCH bonuses.
Gameplay amount limits
- maximum Dogg Coins used per day;
- maximum DCH used per day.
Loss limits
- maximum daily Dogg Coin net loss;
- maximum daily DCH net loss.
Confirmation matters: a requested limit is not active until it has been implemented and confirmed. Contact support immediately if account activity does not match a confirmed limit.
4. Changing or Removing Limits
Cooling-off periods are intended to prevent a protective decision from being reversed during a moment of impulse.
| Request |
When it generally takes effect |
| Set a new limit or make an existing limit more restrictive | As soon as reasonably possible after processing and confirmation. |
| Increase a spending, gameplay or loss limit | After a 5-day cooling-off period. |
| Reduce or remove a time restriction | After a 5-day cooling-off period. |
| Extend a self-exclusion | As soon as reasonably possible after the request is received. |
| Shorten a definite self-exclusion | After a 5-day cooling-off period, subject to review. |
| End a self-exclusion | No earlier than 7 days after the written request is received. |
We may decline or delay a request to relax a limit where required by law, necessary for account security or reasonably appropriate to protect the user.
5. Time-Out and Self-Exclusion
You may request a definite or indefinite period of self-exclusion. To identify and protect the correct account, send the request from your registered email and include:
- your full legal name;
- the email address connected to the account;
- your residential address;
- your age or date of birth;
- the requested exclusion period; and
- a clear statement that you want access restricted.
Self-exclusion begins only after we implement and confirm it. If you can still access the Service after confirmation, contact support immediately and do not continue playing.
During self-exclusion, account access and gameplay will be restricted, and marketing communications associated with the account should stop. Access to records may be requested through support.
We recommend also using device, app-store, email and social-media controls to reduce exposure to gameplay content and requesting similar exclusions from other platforms you use.
6. Permanent Account Closure
You may request permanent account closure in writing from the email address connected to your account. We may ask for limited information to verify identity and account ownership.
Account closure is different from temporary self-exclusion. Closing an account may permanently end access to account features and may result in the loss of non-redeemable virtual items, subject to the Terms of Use and applicable law.
Request Permanent Closure
7. Personal Gameplay Check-In
These questions are not a diagnosis. They are prompts to help you consider whether gameplay is becoming difficult to manage.
Do you regularly play longer than you intended?
Have you repeatedly broken time or spending limits?
Do you hide or minimize the amount of time or money involved?
Do you use gameplay to escape stress, sadness, conflict or loneliness?
Has gameplay interfered with sleep, work, education or appointments?
Have relationships or social activities been affected?
Do you feel irritable or defensive when asked about gameplay?
Do you feel pressure to recover virtual losses or obtain a prize?
Have optional purchases caused financial stress?
Have you tried to stop or take a break but returned sooner than planned?
Has gameplay replaced hobbies, exercise or time with other people?
Do you feel guilt, anxiety or distress after playing?
Several “yes” answers, or even one answer that concerns you, may be a good reason to set stricter limits, request self-exclusion and speak with an independent support professional.
8. Guidance for Friends and Family
A friend or family member can encourage the user to contact support, use account controls and seek independent help. Avoid taking control of the person’s account, impersonating them or sending identity documents without permission.
For privacy and security reasons, we may be unable to disclose account information to another person. We may still receive and review a safety concern, but account changes normally require verification from the account holder or lawful authority.
